We have achieved many milestones like cost saving project, flexibility. When we ask the union people to do overtime they would not, but the system is different now. If we request them to do overtime now they do. During critical strike times we have run the show with our executives and contract staff with the support of UPS. For now,they are taking care of bore and welding,but many more opportunities are there as utility machine jobs are open. If they give a better offer we would want to give them a full utility management service contract. Thanks for the opportunity.
We have a long association with UPS and started the contract in 2018. They are continuously supporting us on the deliveries with the same kind of energy and commitment. I wish our business relationship continues as long as the business objectives are met. With regard to the operations team of UPS they are very strong and grounded. I have been in close interaction with Mr Raj, Mr Suresh, Mr Poulose, Mr Nagarajan.They are ready to address any issue at the site level and clear attention has been paid on the key issues. I wish them good opportunities in the future and best wishes to the team.
During the times of recession UPS has taken it as a challenge and did frequent monthly visits, MIS report. They selected the right candidates. We have decided to give them more areas as we are very happy with their services. Our management feels UPS to be our backup. Our expectations are that UPS should not only be the only man power supplier for us but also take over the other activities like maintenance also.
We are associated with UPS for the last 5-6 years in utility projects. They have been providing services at our Tiruvottiyur, Pallikaranai plants. They are a team of experienced people good on the technical front and also understanding the customer needs. Our frequencies matched theirs with respect to working on utility projects and being a part of Murugappa group, the values are important to us. We found UPS with the same values and a professional set of people. At our Sriperumbudur plant they have been servicing our requirements for the last 8-9 years and the utility equipment has been maintained at almost zero equipment failures. The OEM always had a word of appreciation about the maintenance of the equipment by the team of UPS. During our audit or assessment times they had really gone an extra mile in supporting us despite the short timelines given by us. Now it’s been 10 years of association with them. Treasurer
I would like to thank the UPS team and the trainer Mr Illambharathi for teaching the basics of fire drill and training the residents on how to use the fire extinguishers when required. They have been working on daily routine management services,cleaning activities and keeping the premises neat to the expectations of the association and residents. Thanks to the UPS team. I hope UPS will do the same in future too and maintain good relationships with the residents so all other things will be in line with our requirements. Thanks team.
Secretary
I am the secretary at Casagrande Irene Manapakkam. UPS has been our vendor for the last 2 years. Mr Lakshmanan has been taking good care of day to day maintenance operations of any issue raised by any customer. I am the happiest customer of UPS.
I am from KG Good fortune.
We have been associated with UPS for the past one year. Thanks to Mr Balaji and Ramesh for a well coordinated effort in putting things in a right perspective. Special mention about Mr Naresh for making efforts in building up the documentation process from zero documentation. Now we have documents with regard to each and everything from tube lights to bulbs and inventory of everything. Mr Venkatesh is now the face of KG good fortune. Thanks team.
Estate Manager
I am working as an estate manager in a Kochar Panchsheel apartment and also a resident. The UPS team conducted a mock fire drill which was very useful for the residents. We learnt how to use fire extinguishers in an emergency. During pandemic times they did a commendable job by staying here and supporting us. They are highly appreciated for their sincere efforts in attending to the in-house complaints and also having good relationships with the residents. I would recommend UPS for the next term also.

I am the secretary at embassy residency. UPS has been appointed this year as a Facility Management Vendor for their cost effectiveness. They have almost closed 90% of tickets within SLA. One of the members of fire safety has saved the life of a lady who got caught in a fire from her kitchen. Happy associating with UPS.
I am an IT guy currently doing a document in Cyber crime . This is an Elite resident community. I would like to thank MR Rajasekar and recognise UPS for the way they offer their services to their clients . Special mention about Mr Senthil who is very talented. He took Water Management responsibility and maintained it so well till date. Normally we renew the agreement every year, but this time we have renewed it for 3 years. Happy with their services. Association Secretary
I am the secretary of the VGN association which has 1300 houses in 20 acres of area since 2017. Our association with UPS is very satisfactory and Mr Balaji and the new comer Mr karthik are very energetic working with a lot of patience. Though initially UPS found it difficult to come to terms with service requests. As time went by, with their patience and hard work they have been giving very good services. Thank you team.

Our associations with UPS for the last 5 years for the O&M of our building in L&T campus of 77000 sq metres for water and power services. Having entrusted they have been doing very good services with their dedicated and trained technicians who take care 24/7 of O&M to our fullest satisfactions.
